Cancellations & Rescheduling

All appointments at KW Beauty require a valid credit card and a non-refundable deposit to reserve your time. This deposit goes toward your service or skincare purchase.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, reschedules, or service changes.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a charge of 100% of the service if the appointment cannot be filled.

No-show appointments are charged 100% of the service and will not be rebooked.

Consultations require a $50 + HST deposit. If no service is booked within 30 days, the deposit becomes the consultation fee.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made by phone, text, or email. Please ensure you receive a confirmation for your cancellation, or it may result in a cancellation fee. Social media messages are not monitored for booking changes.

If You Are Feeling Unwell

If you are feeling unwell, please let us know as soon as symptoms begin. Many of our treatments involve close contact and may not be suitable if you are sick.

Last-minute illness cancellations may still be subject to our policy. Please do not wait until the day of your appointment to let us know.

Appointment Tips

Please complete your online intake form before arriving. If needed, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete it in person.

Read all pre-treatment emails carefully, as some services require specific preparation. All services require clean, makeup-free skin.

If you are undergoing medical investigations or have changes in your health, please notify us ahead of time to ensure it is safe to proceed. Failing to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

Appointments arriving 10–15 minutes late or beyond may be cancelled for safety reasons.

All appointments require full allotted time and cannot be rushed or modified due to late arrival.
