Deposits & Appointment Policy
At KW Beauty, each appointment is intentionally reserved to allow for a safe, relaxed, and personalized experience. These policies help us maintain fairness, consistency, and availability for all clients.
Deposits
To reserve your appointment, we require a deposit and a valid credit card on file at the time of booking.
This allows us to set aside dedicated time, prepare for your treatment, maintain availability, and reduce last-minute cancellations.
Your deposit is always applied toward your service or skincare purchase.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred with sufficient notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand schedules can change. We simply ask for notice so we can offer your time to another client.
48 hours notice is required. Changes within 24–48 hours may forfeit your deposit, and less than 24 hours or missed appointments may result in the full service fee being charged.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may require rescheduling to ensure your treatment remains safe, effective, and unrushed.
Appointment Reminders
We send reminders via email and text as a courtesy. Clients are responsible for keeping track of their appointment date and time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out by phone, text, or email and ensure you receive confirmation.
For booking-related requests, we kindly ask that you avoid using social media messages, as they are not monitored for time-sensitive communication.
