Cancellations & Rescheduling
All appointments require a valid credit card and a non-refundable deposit to reserve your time. This deposit goes toward your service or skincare purchase.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations/reschedules or service changes. (72 hours for Microneedling, Morpheus8, and CO2) to avoid forfeiting the deposit made. Any cancellations within 24 hours may result in a charge of 100% of the service. We always do our best to fill a spot that has been cancelled or rescheduled last minute, however, if we cannot, the charge does apply. Any appointment no shows will be charged 100% of the service and will not be rebooked.
Consultations require a $50+hst deposit. If no service is booked within 30 days, the deposit becomes the consultation fee.
If you’re feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as symptoms begin. Most of our treatments involve close contact and may not be suitable if you’re sick. Last-minute illness cancellations may still be subject to our policy—especially if the spot cannot be filled. Please don’t wait until the day of your appointment to let us know.
Cancellations must be made by phone, text, or email. Social media messages are not monitored for booking changes.
Prepaid packages are subject to the same cancellation policy. Each booking reserves time, staff, and equipment specifically for you.
Follow-ups are complimentary when applicable. Additional treatments or units (e.g., Botox) will be billed at the time of service.

Appointment Tips
Please complete your online intake form before arriving. If not, arrive 5–10 minutes early to fill it out in person.
Read all pre-treatment emails, as some services require specific prep. When in doubt, feel free to call us.
Most services require clean, makeup-free skin. If you’re undergoing any medical investigations, please notify us ahead of time to ensure it's safe to proceed. Failing to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals
Appointments arriving 10–15 minutes late or beyond will be cancelled for safety reasons. Medical aesthetic procedures require full allotted time and cannot be rushed or modified due to late arrival. We are unable to delay or overlap appointments, as this impacts patient safety and clinic operations.

Refunds & Returns
All treatments at KW Beauty are non-refundable. That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you’re ever unhappy with a service, please reach out—we’re here to help.
For skincare, we may accept returns on unopened, unused items within 7 days of purchase (with the original receipt). Opened or used products, including those with broken seals, are not eligible for return. All product returns are subject to our discretion.
KW Beauty reserves the right to decline a return at any time.

Let’s Talk Tipping
Tipping is never expected but if you received an amazing facial or aesthetic treatment from Lexie, Emma or Chloe and want to tip, tips are always welcome! There is zero pressure.

Kids & Dogs
We absolutely love children and pets, but for safety reasons, they cannot be brought to appointments or wait in the reception area. We kindly ask that you arrange childcare or pet care in advance—and take this as your time to fully relax and focus on you.
