Hi, I'm Kerri, a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), founder of KW Beauty Medical Cosmetics, and someone who genuinely loves helping people feel confident in their own skin.

I've been in the beauty industry since 2015 and entered medical aesthetics because I wanted to combine my passion for beauty with my nursing background. Since then, I've continued to invest heavily in my education, completing more than 30 advanced certifications and ongoing training to ensure my patients receive safe, evidence-based care.

When I opened KW Beauty, I wanted to create the kind of clinic I would want to visit myself: welcoming, comfortable, educational, and focused on natural-looking results. My goal is never to change the way you look, but to help you feel refreshed, confident, and like the best version of yourself.

Hi, I’m Lexie, a Medical Aesthetician and a member of the KW Beauty team for over 4.5 years.

I’m passionate about skin health and helping clients achieve real, lasting results. Over the years, I’ve completed extensive training in advanced skincare, aesthetic treatments, and leading medical-grade skincare lines including AlumierMD, Vivier, and Colorescience. I believe education is one of the most important parts of great patient care and continuously invest in expanding my knowledge and skills.

My approach combines experience, attention to detail, and personalized treatment planning. Whether you're working toward clearer skin, improving signs of aging, or simply maintaining healthy skin, I’m committed to helping you understand your options and achieve the best possible outcome.

Hi, I'm Emma, a Medical Aesthetician with over 2.5 years of experience in the aesthetics industry and a graduate of the Medical Esthetics program at Gina's College.

What I love most about aesthetics is the medical side of skin health. I'm passionate about advanced treatments, laser technologies, and understanding the science behind how our skin functions and heals. I believe that when you understand the "why" behind a treatment, you can create more meaningful and effective results.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active, prioritizing a healthy lifestyle, and making time for self care. I love helping clients feel confident in their skin and creating treatment plans that support both their goals and long-term skin health.

Hi, I’m Drew, the Operations & Experience Manager here at KW Beauty. I'll usually be the first person to greet you when you arrive and the one helping behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

I joined KW Beauty in 2024 after supporting Kerri's vision from the sidelines for many years. Today, I help with everything from scheduling and systems to patient experience and day-to-day operations.

I genuinely enjoy getting to know our clients and being part of the welcoming environment we've worked so hard to create. Whether you're visiting us for the first time or you've been with us for years, I want every visit to feel comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyable.
