Cancellations/Reschedules

Please understand these policies are not personal, but do affect our livelihood and the success of running an independent, small business. 

We kindly ask that you respect the following if you need to cancel, reschedule your appointment or change the service provided that day.

We ask for 48-hours notice for service changes, cancellations or reschedules.

All appointments do require a nonrefundable deposit(the deposit can be used on other services, skincare etc, if cancelled or rescheduled outside of 48 hours)

By booking with us, you agree to our cancellation/reschedule/service change and/or no show policy. Appointment changes within 48 hours are subject to a $75+hst to a max of $160+hst fee(the total amount of fee will be determine by the total service cost. (Btox appointments will be a straight fee of $99+hst). All appointments cancelled within 5 hours of the appointment will be considered a no show. ​

Any no showed appointments, will be subject to 100% of the cost of the appointment(Botox appointments will be a straight fee of $150+hst) 

All Morpheus 8 & Microneedling appointments require 5 days notice for cancellations, reschedules or service changes. Morpheus8 & Microneedling does take up a large timeslot that is impossible to fill within 48 hours. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 5 days, there is a cancellation fee of $200 +hst.

Consultations or follow ups with a last minute cancellation or no show, will be subject to a $50+hst cancellation fee. 

To cancel an appointment, you can either do so online outside of the 48 hour window online, or contact us directly. Please ensure you receive a response or it will not be considered a cancellation and the fee will apply. We do accept cancellations during the weekend. Here are the timeframes we can accept cancellations, Fridays before 8pm, Saturday 10-8pm, Sunday 10-8pm. Outside of these hours are not considered normal business hours and your cancellation may not be received/accepted.

To be respectful to your time, our time and other patients, we do not offer any exceptions to these policies

If we can fill your spot inside of 48 hours, we do not charge a fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we may be able to accommodate you depending on the appointment booked. If we are able to accommodate your appointment, it will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full service fee. Any late arrivals past 15 minutes are automatically cancelled for your safely and would considered a no show. You will be charged a no show fee.
