Cancellations | Reschedules | No Shows
**the term cancellation - refers to any cancellations/reschedules or service changes
All appointments require a valid credit card and a non-refundable deposit ($50–$100+hst) to secure your booking. This goes toward your service or skincare purchase.
Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice (72 hours for Microneedling, Morpheus8, and CO2). Cancellations outside this window will forfeit the deposit. No-shows or cancellations within 5 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service and will not be rebooked.
Consultations require a $50+hst deposit. If no service is booked within 30 days, the deposit becomes the consult fee.
If you’re feeling unwell, please reach out to us as soon as symptoms begin. Many of our treatments involve close contact or have contraindications if you're sick, so it's important we know ahead of time to determine if it’s safe to proceed.
Last-minute notice due to illness may still be subject to our cancellation policy, especially if we’re unable to fill the spot. We kindly ask that you don’t wait until the day of your appointment to notify us. Cancellations must be made by phone, text, or email—messages via social media are not monitored for appointment changes.
Prepaid packages are subject to cancellation fees. Each booking reserves time, staff, and equipment specifically for you.
Follow-ups are complimentary when applicable. Additional treatments or units (e.g., Botox) will be billed at the time of service.
Appointment Tips
To help keep your appointment running smoothly, please complete the online intake form before arriving. If you haven’t done so, arrive 5–10 minutes early to fill it out in person.
Be sure to read all emails before your appointment—some treatments require specific prep. When in doubt, give us a call.
Most treatments (including consultations) require clean, freshly washed skin. If you're undergoing any medical investigations, please contact us in advance to ensure treatment is safe. Failure to do so may result in a last-minute cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
We strive to provide you with the highest quality of care while maintaining our schedule. Late arrivals may impact the safety and effectiveness of your treatment. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and a fee may apply.
Refunds | Returns
At KW Beauty, all treatments are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction means a great deal to us. If you’re ever unsatisfied with a service, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always here to support you and find a resolution.
For skincare products, we may accept returns on unopened and unused items within 7 days of purchase, with the original receipt. Please note that all product returns are subject to our discretion. We’re unable to accept returns on any opened or used products; if a package seal is broken, it is considered opened.
KW Beauty reserves the right to decline a return at any time.

Tipping isn’t expected at KWB—but if you received an amazing facial or aesthetic treatment from Lexie or Emma and feel like showing some extra love, tips are always appreciated (but never required).
Didn’t leave a tip? No worries at all—we won’t assume you didn’t love your treatment. We’re just thrilled you chose us!

Kids and Dogs
We absolutely love kids and pets, but unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate them during your visit. For safety reasons, they cannot remain in the waiting area or accompany you into the treatment room. We kindly ask that you arrange childcare or pet care in advance—and take this as your well-deserved time to relax and focus on you.
